Product Details

This offering is for the pictured Italian Carcano M38 Short Rifle. In good looking condition, maker marked from RE Terni with a 1941 barrel date.

Blued finish on the metal, wearing thin mostly on the exposed barrel. Correct brite bolt. Bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Wood Stock set is sound with typical small dings, appears lightly sanded and refinished.

Chambered in 6.5 Carcano the bore is brite with very good rifling. Not Import marked.

Makes a good rifle for the military collector.
