This offering is for the pictured US Navy WW2 Folding Survival Knife. In only fair- good looking condition, this one is made by United Mfg GR Mich.
A large folding knife, 6 inches when closed and 10.5 inches long when open. Pictured next to a 8mm Mauser cartridge for proportion and identified in MH Coles book 3 "US Military Knives" page 140.
This one is well used, lanyard loop is missing as is the fold out saw blade. Black plastic grips show scuffs and wear. The main blade folds out and locks fine. Makes a fine display for the military collector. Just this 1 available. |
