Serial #GV A1032-80 This offering is for the pictured Browning Hi Power Pistol. In good looking used condition, this Browning patent pistol is maker marked from FN, Fabrique Nationale, Belgium. This legendary design has been sold to military and police contracts around the world and one of the most widely use military pistols in history.
This one dates to 1980, GV code for Belgian Police, "Gendarmerie Vehicule", A letter series for the regional unit. Possibly arsenal refurbished over the years of service.
Matching serial numbers, frame slide and barrel, the FN serial number locations. Grip marked 245PM21032. Military finish, black paint stoving over parkerize, few scuffs from handling and storage. Single action semi-automatic design appears mechanically fine.
Sound black plastic checkered grips. Includes 1 used 13 round magazine numbered on the base (mis matched serial number or a rack number).
Chambered in 9mm parabellum the bore is brite with very good rifling. Import marked.
