Serial #9079 This offering is for the pictured Indonesian Mannlicher Carbine Trainer. In good looking condition, these were Indonesian assembled martial arms were made from modified Dutch M95 Mannlicher rifles and carbines in the 1950's.

This one has had the bore drilled smooth for use with blank firing ammunition for training purposes.

This is the carbine version, abbreviated size with the neat flash hider/bayonet lug on the muzzle. Metal finish is worn and turned a plumb patina, some frost spots. Originally maker marked from Styer Austria in 1911 and dated 1954 on the receivers top at refurbishment.

Wood stock set has a nice color tone with typical dings and dents small grain crack at the tang.

Chambered in 303 British (7.7mm) Part of the Indonesian conversion, the smooth bore is brite with light frost toward the muzzle. Import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
