Maker marked from the Romanian Plant 21 in the 1980's.
A live blank cartridge made for training purposes. Lacquer coated steel with a paper wad at the tip, red sealant on the primer and tip area.
Known as the 14.5 x 114 mm, developed during WW2 and continues as a heavy machine gun round to this day.
Several rounds available. Makes a fine item for the military collector.
