Serial #492239 This offering is for the pictured Smith & Wesson .22/32 Hand Ejector Target Model. In good looking used condition this type of .22 caliber revolver was produced by Smith & Wesson between from 1912 thru 1953. This one serial numbers to 1925-1935 era. 6 inch barrel 6 shot double action revolver that has adjustable target sights and larger target grips. Also known as the 22/32 Heavy Frame it was a bit larger at the time but light weight by todays standards.
The 22/32 designation indicates it was a spin-off of the 32 Hand Ejector action but with the .22 target pistol idea.
Blued finish on the metal shows most wear on the frame. Mechanically appears fine.
Original hardwood grips and are the extended versions with length below the frame.
Chambered in .22 Long Rifle the bore is brite with very good rifling, slight frost.
