This offering is for the pictured British WW2 Military Binoculars. In good looking condition and known as the Binoprism No5 Mk4.
Maker marked from RL Ross, Nottingham Instruments LTD, faintly visible below refurbishment paint. Alloy body with brass lense rings, good textured coating on the grip area and some worn paint to the sharp edges.
Reasonably clear 7 x 50 power optics, slightly cloudy in the left eye, dual adjustable eye pieces, ranging reticle in one side. Good friction tension at the center hinge and has the original next strap. no storage case.
Makes a fine item for the military collector. Just this 1 available. |
