This offering is for the pictured Japanese WW2 Pole Bayonet. In very nice looking condition and a bit uncommon. This was a list ditch war effort to product weapons. Fashioned from a late war bayonet blade there is no provision to mount to a rifle. It was made to be lashed to a bamboo pole for military or civilian use.
Blade is maker marked from the Jinsen Arsenals, flat un-fullered blade with average finish wear. Hardwood grips riveted in place.
Includes the correct wooden scabbard, good condition but with small grain cracks towards the tip.
Makes a fine display for the military collector.
