Brazilian Mauser Model 1908 Rifle. In nice looking condition, it is a quality made firearm, maker marked from the German DWM Arsenals in military contract. Similar to the German Gew 98 but with a few small end user detail changes such as the longer hand guard and caliber. Sound hardwood stock and hand guard, nice color tone with a few dings and bruises. Metal finish is a blued barrel wearing thin with some patina on the bands. Receiver is correctly. Mostly matching serial numbers except for the replaced floor plate and cleaning rod. Chambered in 7mm Mauser, the bore has good rifling but dark n rusty. Import marked..

Makes a fine rifle for the military collector.
