Product Details

This offering is for the pictured German K98 Mauser Rifle. In good looking used condition, maker marked from the WW2 arsenal code bnz 43 from the Austrian Steyr arsenals on the receivers top.

Rebuilt over the years, serial numbers no longer match. It does have matching receiver, bands and floor plate with a mis matched bolt an early Standard Model hard wood stock.

Metal finish is blued with most wear on the receivers top and barrel. Bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Sound hardwood stock and hand guard appear to have the original finish.

Chambered in 8mm Mauser the bore is brite and excellent. Not Import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the collector.
