This offering is for the pictured Argentine Mauser Model 1909 Rifle. In good looking condition and produced on military contract from DWM in Berlin Germany for Argentina.

Full length infantry rifle with a 29.5 inch barrel. This is the legendary 98 Mauser action adopted my many militaries of the day.

Matching serial numbers including the cleaning rod. Blued finish on the metal with average wear and a correct brite receiver with the Argentine military crest present.

Sound European hardwood stock and hand guard with typical small has dings and compressions from use and long storage.

Chambered in 7.65 Mauser the bore has good rifling, slight frost lands and grooves. Not import marked but is stamped 7.65 on the barrel by the importer.

A fine rifle for the military collector.
