This offering is for the pictured German K98 Mauser Bayonet. In very nice looking condition and maker marked from EF Horster of Solingen, factory code asw in 1942.
This one has matching serial numbers bayonet to scabbard. Blued finish on the metal with light wear mostly toward the blade tip area and lock button. 15.25 inches in overall length with a 10 inch unsharpened blade. Sound hardwood grips.
Steel scabbard is sound with matching maker and serial number.
Makes a fine item for the collector.
