Product Details

This offering is for the pictured FN Mauser M1930 Post War Police Carbine. In very good looking condition this handy carbine was made by FN in Belgium in the post WW2 years for various police and municipal contracts.

These carbines were made in limited numbers and sold to police or gendarme services. This police carbine has everything going for it, legendary Fabrique Nationale quality, handy 18 inch barrel and in the modern 7.62x51 (308 Winchester) caliber.

Mis matched serial numbers bolt to receiver. Metal finish is blued with wear, mostly on the exposed barrel, barrel bands have a black stoving finish, bolt is correctly brite. Bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Sound hardwood stock with typical small dings and compressions from use and long storage.

Chambered in 7.62x51 the bore is brite near excellent. Import marked.

A fine rifle for the military collector.
