This offering is for 1 of our vintage US 1903 Rifle Front Sight Protector. Original item in good looking condition. This is the "Tall Version" and known for use with the USMC rifles.
Stamped sheet steel with a blued finish, average wear. Typical these are made to mount over the front sight to protect the fine blade. This USMC version appears to be tall with a larger aperture to allow shooting while installed.
Typical height is 1.5 inches and this taller one is 1.70 inches.
