Product Details

This offering is for the pictured Czech K98 Mauser Rifle. In good looking used condition, maker marked from the Czech arsenals Waffenwerke Brunn on the receivers top.

This is a WW2 makers marking "dot 45" and we understand the Czeck K98 Mausers to have been assembled from wartime parts in the immediate post war years for domestic and export sales.

Standard K98 Mauser rifle with the Czech stamped steel winter trigger guard. Serial numbers no longer match. Metal finish is blued with average military finish, few frost spots with most wear on the exposed areas. Bolt action repeater appears mechanically fine.

Sound laminated stock and hand guard with a foreign coin set into the buttstock.

Chambered in 8mm Mauser the bore has good+ rifling, frosted lands with darker frosted grooves. Import marked.

Makes a fine rifle for the collector.
