This offering is for the pictured US Military M1 Garand Rifle. In very good looking condition, and maker marked from the H&R, Harrington & Richards, serial number dates to Korean War ear 1953.
Likely rebuilt over its life in service, metal has a good parkerized finish with average wear. Full size semi-automatic battle rifle. Mechanically appears fine.
Sound American walnut stock set, matched in color tone, few dings and scuffs from use.
Chambered in 30-06, the barrel is dated 6/54, bore is brite with good rifling, slight frost in the grooves. Gauged MW 3. and TE 3. Not import marked.
