This offering is for the pictured Yugoslav M1924 Mauser Long Bayonet. In good looking used condition and made for use on the M1924 Mauser Short rifle.
Maker marked BT3 on the riccaso, Vojno Tehnicki Zavod (Military Technical Institute) in Kragujevac.
Uncommon long version, 20 inches in overall length with a 15 inch blade. Metal finish was brite and now a dull gray with some patina. This comes with the pictured large leather bayonet frog, might be an early original, we have never seen one like this.
Makes a fine display for the military collector. Several available. |
