This offering is for 1 of our M98 Mauser Vintage Replacement Cleaning Rods. Like the ones pictured, all are in good looking used condition.
15 5/8 inches in length these will fit the Gew 98, M98, M1908, M98/22 and other similar Mausers.
Unknown country of origin, metal does have light frost pitting under a matte black refinishing, no hole on the tip top for additional rod sections to be added. No makers markings.
We believe these were made by a country that received/used the M98 Mausers. Cleaning rods are easily damaged or lost and these were likely made or ordered as replacements.
